Just wondering if my PO changed the shaft dia when he upgraded it to SS. Mine is 1 1/8" and that seems unusual.

I wondered the same thing...mine is also 1 1/8". I was thinking of installing a "Perfect Pitch" Atomic 4 prop but they do not offer the prop to fit a 1 1/8th shaft

I believe 1-1/8" inch is the standard size. I had replaced my bronze shaft years ago. Just two years ago I needed another shaft and bronze wasn't available so I had to use stainless.
