V-Berth Bedding

Hi all, I'm the proud new owner of hull #298 and I have a question as to what you use for sheets, blankets and so on for sleeping in the V-berth. What I mean is, have any of you had custom fit bedding made or made something yourself that fits the V shape better than a regular bed sheet? How about a custom mattress or pad to put over the cushions? Just looking for ideas and suggestions to make sleeping on the boat even more comfy!

We bought a V bottom and top combo sheet from West.  We did not buy this model. We bought ours 15 years ago and paid $125.   Works great, has draw strings to secure the sheets to the bunk.

Works wonders, nice and comfy.  There are some memory foam toppers as well

Last year I priced custom memory foam topper cushions for the boat at the Annapolis Sailboat Show.

After the defibrillator got my heart started again    , I went back home and purchased an
off-the shelf memory foam pad for a regular bed (can't remember if it was Queen or King size).
For the time being, we've been using it as-is, over top of the existing cushions.  My wife plans
to eventually trim it to fit.

Anyway, this has made an immense difference in sleeping comfort, and at a fraction of the cost.
I think we got a 3" pad, and it's adequate, but a 4" would have been better.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys! I like the fitted sheets and I might give the mattress topper a try too.
