I am in the market to buy a well maintained cruise equipped P-323. I am not looking for a project boat!

Just interested, what made you decide on the 323 for cruising and what do you think would be a representative price range for a boat as described in your post?  Mine will not be for sale but I bought it for 22k and now have over 50 k (and climbing) invested.
