Shipmates,
When I purchased the boat last year, she had some VERY old Speed/Depth/Wind Sensors, Horizon I think. Anyway I finally completed the installation of a new Raymarine i50/i60 Wind/Speed/Depth System Package.
I had installed the sensors over the spring, electing to finish the job on the water. The yard was getting antsy to get us wet. Its been a looooong refit lol. But the mast work was done, the depth and speed transducers completed as well.
The existing holes were of course too large for the Raymarine displays, as my luck often dictates! So I went with a piece of 19x 5 x 3/8 teak as a cover plate. Eight SS #8 x 1 screws along with finishing washers, and Im in business! FWIW I really like the large numbers on these displays.
Its nice to know again what I got under the keel!
