Title: Sandy Hook NJ... looking for overnight cruise/camping info.

im told that i can sail to sandy hook NJ and either anchor or tie up somehow and spend the night camping on the beach, having campfire etc. anyone know how/where this is done? i'm looking for a 2 day trip from manhattan this weekend. thanks.
