I am a new member with a 1968 Wanderer that I have owned since 1986. Would like to talk to other Wanderer Owners and exchange notes. I sail Long Island and the surrounding waters.

I was just reading a 1985 interview with Bill Shaw and it indicated that the Wanderer was his first Pearson design when he joined the company in the mid-1960s. Interesting to see a full keel with a centerboard, and quite impressive that around 177 were built. It was his first of four 30-footer designs as he seemed partial to that length.
