Engine and Drive Train / Losing antifreeze

I have an atomic 4,I had to refill the antifreeze when I  launched, After my shake down sail was low again. it is not leaking in to the engine compartment. Can it be something other than a head gasket, it is not smoking white. Any suggestion or ideas would be appreciated.

I pulled my hatches and had them repainted and had new Plexiglas cut for them, I tried boat life adhesive it leaked, cleaned it out tried 3M marine adhesive sealant 4000 uv, leaked again, then tried 3M flex seal and brushed on top, still leaking, any ideas on what will seal Plexiglas

First I would like thank everybody who replies to all the questions, the information is priceless. Now my question, moving from a powerboat to a sailboat (hull # 141) my wife is constantly worried about running out of fuel. We have an atomic 4, would you know what our gallon per hour should be.

Last fall when the marina put my boat on the jack stand they put the back ones under the sail lockers. last weekend I noticed the port side is bowing in. I was told this would come out when it's in the water. I asked the marina to mover them anyway. should I be worried?

I have a 1978 Pearson 323 with an atomic 4, I can not fine the oil filter and I have no way to ask the previous owner, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
