Steering System, Hull Structure / Pearson 40 Swing keel

I am looking at a 1980 Pearson 40.  The vessel was quick hauled and the swing keel rocks on the pivot pin as if the pin, sleeve or keel are worn.  Has any dropped a keel and made the appropriate repairs?  Thanks
