I already modified the stern pulpit . Cut out the top rail between the 2 stanchions, put in a couple more braces from stanchion on an angle . Very sturdy, and a lot easier than climbing over the top rail .

It’s getting tougher every year to get in and out of the dinghy over that high transom .
